The price of $865 includes a private guest room with a Queen or King bed. There are no double bed guest rooms. If two people share a room, the price per person is $655. This is for a 2 night stay. If you are bringing children that will be attending the supervised beach activities, we charge an additional $40/day for each child.

Guests at the Inn also get a delicious breakfast with each room night, as well as a daily wine and cheese hour at 5PM. Courtside water, soft drinks and snacks are also included.

Reservations for rooms are limited, since this is a small Bed and Breakfast. Likewise, the number of spots in the camp is also limited. For these reasons,we ask that you please respect our cancellation policy.

While a reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price person, canceling in advance of the  fourteen day deadline avoids all but a $25 handling fee. Such a cancellation must be made by calling The Flora Vista Inn or emailing them and getting a response confirming your changes.

Cancellation inside of fourteen days results in the full price of one room night. There are, unfortunately, no exceptions. Deanna and Ed run a small Inn and such cancellations sincerely hurt business - even with this policy.

If you do not stay at the Inn, the camp cost is $495. By getting the whole package, you are saving between fifteen and twenty percent over normal room rates and camp rates respectively.
